Diplomová práce se zabývá exekucemi prodejem movitých a nemovitých věcí v České republice. The diploma thesis deals with execution by sale of movable and immovable assets in the Czech Republic. Based on the analysis and evaluation of these methods of execution and their legal regulation, recommendations for debtors and creditors are formulated to maximize the advantages and limit the disadvantages of these methods.
