Abstract:
Obsahem této práce je popis firmy TOP OFFICE, její organizace a struktury. Je zde analyzován současný stav hodnocení pracovníků této společnosti, identifikovány problémové oblasti hodnocení pracovní firmy TOP OFFICE, jež vyžadují řešení a navrhnuta možná řešení dle odborné literatury. Je zde vybrán nejzávažnější problém a popsán dopad jeho řešení na ekonomiku firmy.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the description of the company TOP OFFICE, its organization and structure. It includes analysis of the actual state of company worker´s classification , the problem solving description of evaluation of workers in this company and proposal of the possible solutions according to the special literature.
