Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce formou literární rešerše shrnuje základní poznatky o monoklonálních protilátkách. Zpočátku se zaměřuje na proces tvorby protilátek, jejich vlastnosti a obecnou úlohu v imunitním systému. Hlavní část se pak zabývá objevem, přípravou a využitím monoklonálních protilátek v medicíně, zejména v transplantologii, alergologii a v léčbě autoimunitních a infekčních onemocnění. This graduation thesis in a form of literary recherche summarizes basic knowledge about monoclonal antibodies. At the beginning it focuses on the process of antibodies production, their characteristics and general role in the immune system.
