Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá pravomocemi a postavením prezidenta v ústavním systému České republiky. První část práce definuje Ústavní systém jako celek na základě vztahů mezi ústavními orgány a upozorňuje i na úpravu z let 1918-1920 a odkaz T.G.Masaryka. Druhá část práce pojednává o pravomocích prezidenta, jejich dělení a funkcích. Podrobněji se autor věnuje pravomocem jmenování Ústavních soudců, kde …more

The thesis deals with the powers and position of the president in the constitutional system of the Czech Republic. The first part defines the constitutional system of parliamentary democracy as the relations between constitutional authorities and draws attention to the constitutional adjustments in the years 1918-1920 and the legacy of T.G.Masaryk .
