Diplomová práce se zabývá zpoplatněním silniční infrastruktury se zaměřením na Maďarsko. Jsou zde uvedeny různé typy zpoplatnění, které se v praxi používají -- fiskální nástroje, uživatelské poplatky a výkonové zpoplatnění. Abstract:
This thesis deals with charging of road infrastructure with a focus on Hungary. There are mentioned different types of charging, which are currently used - fiscal tools, user fees and electronic toll systems. The greatest emphasis is put on the electronic toll system specifically GNSS, which is used in Hungary. Other systems are presented with specific examples in different countries.
