Zdravotní systémy v těchto státech fungují na jiném principu financování – Česká republika využívá Bismarckův model založený na povinném zdravotním pojištění a Portugalská republika využívá model Beveridgeův, který je financován z daňových výnosů. This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis and comparison of the financial systems of the Czech Republic and the Portuguese Republic within the time range from 2008 to 2018. The healthcare systems in those countries function based on a different type of financing: The Czech Republic uses the Bismarck model, which is based on compulsory health insurance, whereas the Portuguese Republic uses the Beveridge …more
