Dilema väzňa je jednoduchá abstraktná modelová situácia, pomocou ktorej je možné ilustrovať mnoho zaujímavých princípov ohľadne šírenia spolupráce v spoločnosti. Teoretickú časť tejto práce tvorí prehľad známych faktov o základnej hre dilema väzňa, o jej rozšíreniach a aplikáciách.
