Abstract:
Cílem tohoto textu je ukázat vybranou metodu kvalitativního modelování a analýzy a její smysl použití na složitý a málo prozkoumaný biologický systém. Práce uvádí nový přístup k modelování a analýze fotosystému II pomocí Petriho sítí.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to show the selected method of qualitative modeling and analysis and its application to a complex and not-well understood biological system. In the thesis, a new approach to modeling and analysis of photosystem II (PSII) using Petri nets is proposed.
