Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou rizikových genetických faktorů Alzheimerovy choroby. Pozornost je v současnosti věnována zejména polymorfizmům různých genů, jejichž funkce souvisí s metabolismem amyloidového prekurzorového proteinu. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the genetic risk factors of Alzheimer disease. Recently, the attention is payed to the gene polymorphisms, that are involved in the metabolism of amyloid precursor protein. In this work, the polymorphisms of angiotensin converting enzyme (rs4343, rs4291 and rs1800764)and insulin degrading enzyme (rs1887922) of the healthy population have been studied.
