Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá svařováním hliníku a jeho slitin pomocí metody TIG. První část diplomové práce obsahuje rozsáhlé informace o svařování hliníku a jeho slitin metodou TIG. Druhá část diplomové práce je část aplikační, která obsahuje praktické ukázky svarů. V této části je podrobný popis svarových zkoušek, které jsou aplikovány i na zkušební vzorky. Tyto zkušební vzorky poukazují na nejběžnější vady svarových spojů. Cílem této diplomové práce je výzkum možností svařování metodou TIG a zkoušek svarů.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the welding of aluminum and its alloys using the TIG method. The first part of the diploma thesis contains extensive information about the welding of aluminum and its alloys by the TIG method. The second part of the thesis is the application part, which contains practical examples of welds. In this section there is a detailed description of welding tests, which are also applied to test samples. These test samples point to the most common defects in weld joints. The aim of this thesis is to research the possibilities of TIG welding and weld testing.
