Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na obnovu katastrálního operátu v České republice dle platné právní úpravy. Po stručném úvodu jsou jednotlivé způsoby obnovy rozebrány v samostatných kapitolách: obnova operátu novým mapováním, přepracováním a na podkladě výsledků pozemkových úprav. This bachelor thesis is focused on the renewal of the Land register in the Czech Republic in accordance to the valid law. After a brief introduction there are explained the different recovery methods in separate chapters: restoration by new mapping, reprocessing and on the basis of results of land consolidation.
