Isotachophoretic determination of taurine
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá stanovením 2-aminoethansulfonové kyseliny pomocí různých chemických metod. V teoretické části je zaměřena na popis taurinu jako látky napomáhající různým biochemickým procesům v těle, na produkci a metabolismus taurinu a na odběr vzorků obsahujících taurin. V experimentální části je zpracováno stanovení taurinu pomocí izotachoforézy z doplňků stravy.Abstract:
This thesis deals with the determination of 2-aminoethansulfonic acid using various chemical methods. The theoretical part addresses the description of taurine as a substance, which is employed during numerous biochemical processes in the human body, production, metabolism of taurine, and discusses sampling substances which contain taurine.
