Utilization of green building elements and energy saving opportunities in winery buildings

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na téma využití prvků zeleného stavění a principů udržitelné architektury u staveb ve vinařství. Popisuje možnosti dosažení energetických úspor jak u vinařských novostaveb, tak u stávajících provozů. Zabývá se i využitím udržitelných materiálů u staveb ve vinařství s přihlédnutím k dosažení co nejlepších energetických parametrů stavby. V této práci je nastíněno i efektivnější využití vodního managementu ve vinařství. Efektivní přístup k lepšímu vodnímu hospodaření jak u plánované novostavby vinařské budovy, tak u provozů již stávajících. Posledním tématem této práce je pojednání o dosažení co nejefektivnějšího energetického managementu ve vinařských provozech. Závěrem práce jsou uvedeny příklady dobré praxe, jak ve světě, tak v rámci České republiky.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the use of green building elements and sustainable architecture principles in winery buildings. It describes the possibilities of achieving energy savings in both new and existing winery buildings. It also deals with the use of sustainable materials in winery buildings, taking into account the best possible energy performance of the building. More effective use of water management in wineries is also outlined in this work. Effective approach to better water management for both planned new winery buildings and existing operations. The final topic of this thesis is a discussion of achieving the most efficient energy management in winery operations. The thesis concludes with examples of good practice, both in the world and in the Czech Republic.
