Tato diplomová práce se zabývá současnou právní úpravou poddlužnických sporů v exekučním řízení. Úvodní kapitoly práce jsou věnovány seznámení se základními pojmy, s charakterem řízení nalezacího a vykonávacího a zejména s pojmem exekuční spory. This thesis deals with the current legal regulation od execution disputes. The introductury chapters of the thesis deal with the introduction of the basic terminology, attributes of civil procedure and executory proceeding and execution disputes.
