Mobilní aplikace k detekování změn na pokožce na iOS platformě

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce přináší rešerši aplikací a článků týkajících se identifikace kož- ních změn a souvisejících témat. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout apli- kaci na platformě iOS, která umožní ukládat všechna požadovaná data a implemen- tovat tuto aplikaci prostřednictvím navržené metody a architektury. Aplikace musí být schopna ukládat snímky z různých sérií měření, pomáhat uživateli se zarovnáním snímků a poskytovat srovnání kožních změn. Dosažení cíle práce je ověřeno prostřed- nictvím testů použitelnosti, přesnosti překrývání a dalších podstatných parametrů. Závěrem je navržen další vývoj aplikace.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is focused on review of applications and research articles on skin changes identification and similar topics. The goal of the thesis is to propose a new application on the iOS platform that allows the storage of all required data and implement the application using the proposed method and architecture. The application must be able to store images from different series, help the user with the alignment of the images and provide a comparison of the skin changes. The application is evaluated using usability tests, tests of overlapping precision and other important parameters. In the last part, further development is proposed.
