Abstract:
Tématem této práce je problematika trénování tenisu. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část se zabývá historií tenisu, pravidly tenisu, vybavením hráčů, správnou technikou tenisových úderů a jednotlivými složkami tenisové přípravy. The theme of this work is issue of the tennis training. The work is divided into two main parts the theoretical part and the practical one. The practical part deals with the tennis history, the tennis rules, the equipment of tennis players, the right technique of the tennis strokes and with the components of the tennis training.
