Abstract:
Bakalářská práce popisuje onemocnění zvané amyotrofická laterální skleróza. Onemocnění je charakterizované degenerací motorický neuronů, které jsou zapojeny do kontroly dobrovolných svalů. Úvodní část je zaměřena na popis lidského mozku a jeho funkci. Práce také popisuje příčiny a klinické projevy onemocnění. Poslední část je zaměřena na diagnostiku a léčbu amyotrofické laterální sklerózy.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis describes a disease called amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. The disease is characterized by motor neuron degeneration that is involved in the control of voluntary muscles. The introductory part focuses on the description of the human brain and its function. The thesis also describes the causes and clinical manifestations of the disease.
