Prvá kapitola obsahuje charakteristiku malého a stredného podnikania na Slovensku, výhody a nevýhody MSP, význam a problémy MSP, podporu MSP - finančnú a nefinančnú. Druhá kapitola je zameraná na zákon o účtovníctve, históriu účtovníctva, cieľ, predmet a funkcie účtovníctva, zásady účtovania v sústave jednoduchého a v sústave podvojného účtovníctva.
