Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá stereoselektivitou přípravy 2-bromethenylboronátů bromoborací acetylenu a ověřením možnosti jejich využití ve vybraných syntetických reakcích, Dielsových-Alderových reakcích a Negishiho cross-coupling reakcích. V literární části je přehled informací o halogenboracích alkynů, cross-coupling reakcích 2-halogenalkenylboronátů a Dielsových-Alderových reakcích alkenylboronátů. V experimentální části jsou uvedeny výsledky sledování stereoselektivity syntézy 2-bromethenyldibromboranu za různých reakčních podmínek a využití z něj připravených boronátů ve výše uvedených reakcích.

Abstract:

Bachelor's thesis deals with stereoselectivity of preparation of 2-bromoethenylboronates by bromoboration of acetylene and their aplication in choosen synthetic reactions, Diels-Alder reaction and Negishi cross-couplig reactions. The thesis gives a brief survey of alkynes halogenborations, cross-coupling reactions of 2-haloalkenylboronates, and Diels-Alder reactions of alkenylboronates. Details of the 2-bromoethenyldi¬bromoboranes syntheses and results of tests of corresponding boronates in the above mentioned reactions are given in the Experimental Part of the Thesis.
