Project of implementation ICT outsourcing in terms of service provider

Abstract:

Outsourcing je pojmem používaným nejen ve světě ICT, který již trhem hýbe více jak 20 let, za tuto dobu se stal standardní součástí úvah o řízení a transformaci částí organizací nebo jejich celků. Transformační část outsourcingového projektu ICT infrastruktury umožňuje Dodavateli řešení optimalizovat a zajistit Objednateli deklarované přínosy v oblasti standardizace, stabilizace a úspor. Pokud do transformační části projektu zahrneme poznatky a zkušenosti z oblasti centralizačních a virtualizačních projektů a zajistíme jejich realizaci, dosáhneme měřitelných výstupů, které naplní očekávání obou stran v outsourcingovém partnerství.

Abstract:

Outsourcing as a term is used not only in ICT World, but moves the market for more than 20 years. During this period it became a standard element of consideration of management and transformation parts of the organizations or whole units. Transformation part of an outsourcing project provides to Supplier a solution how to optimize the Client to ensure the declared benefits in standardization, stabilization and savings. When we include knowledge and experience from centralization and virtualization projects and ensure their implementation into the transformation part, we will achieve measurable outcomes that meet the expectations of both parties in the outsourcing partnership.
