Tato diplomová práce se zabývá konfliktem mezi ochranou majitelů autorských práv a právní úpravou (zejm. mimosmluvního) užívání děl uživateli v mezinárodním a evropském kontextu, a to především s ohledem na audiovizuální díla, potažmo na díla hudební.
