Abstract:
Author: Bc. et Bc. Eva Halenková Heading: Treat with Company This thesis is going to cover demarcation of new concepts used in the New Civil Code, especially those, that are different from the earlier layout. Attention of the author will then be focused on issues of disposition to enterprises and characteristic of main types of them, while mainly considering comparing them with the earlier layout.
