Abstract:
Práce se zabývá problematikou klastrů a jejich přínosem pro podniky, které se rozhodnou do klastru vstoupit. První část práce se zaměřuje na podniky samotné ? jejich založení a financování. Druhá část práce se pak věnuje problematice klastrů ? vymezení pojmů, historii, způsobu financování, výhodám a nevýhodám. Uvedeny jsou praktické příklady českých i zahraničních klastrů. The bachelor work deals with clusters questions and their valuable asset for grouped companies. The first part of the bachelor work is focused on companies ? their establishment and financing.
