Abstract:

Tématem mé diplomové práce je Ohledání místa činu. Hlavní smysl celé práce je vysvětlit, jak postupovat na místě činu, jaké volit metody a čemu se vyvarovat, aby nedošlo k znehodnocení místa činu. Jedná se tedy o souhrn kriminalistických postupů umožňujících provedení co nejkvalitnějšího ohledání, jehož nejdůležitějším produktem je objasnění případu a zajištění stop vedoucích k odhalení a usvědčení pachatele. Je zde také popsána činnost výjezdové skupiny od přijetí oznámení až po ukončení ohledání. Podrobně jsou také v prvních dvou kapitolách rozebrány samotné pojmy ohledání a místo činu. Jelikož hlavní smysl ohledání spočívá v nalezení a zajištění důležitých stop na místě kriminalisticky relevantní události, je zde samostatná kapitola o kriminalistické stopě jako takové. Dále zde najdeme, jakým způsobem se celkově a přehledně dokumentuje celé místo i jak se dokumentují jednotlivé detaily a stopy. V poslední kapitole jsou uvedeny dva případy ohledání místa činu z praxe. Na těchto případech je ukázáno, jak v praxi postupovat, jak provádět fotodokumentaci a jak vyhledávat a zajišťovat stopy. Mým záměrem bylo poskytnout praktické vodítko zájemcům o ohledání. K tomu jsem využil teoretické poznatky popsané v této práci a také praktické zkušenosti kriminalistických techniků z Oddělení kriminalistické techniky Karlovy Vary.

Abstract:

The topic of my diploma thesis is crime scene investigation. The main purpose of the whole work is to explain how to proceed at the crime scene, chat methods to choose and what to avoid in order not to devalue the crime scene. It is there for a set of forensic procedurese nablind the best possible search, the most important product which is to clarify the case and provide clues leading to the detection and conviction of the perpetrator. It also describes the activities of the out reach group from the recept of the notification to the end of the search. The first two charters also discuss in detail the very koncepts of search and crime scene. Since the main purpose of the search is to find and secure important clues at the site of a forensically relevant event, there is a separate chapter on the forensic clue as such. Further more, we will find here how the whole place is documented in a general and clear way and how individuace tails and traces are documented. The last charter presents two cases of searching the crime scene from practice. In these cases, it is shown how to proceed in practice, how to perform photodocumentation and how to search for and secure clues. My intention was to provide a practical guide for those interested in searching. To do this, I used the theoretical knowledge described in this work and also the practical experience of forensic technicians from the Department of Forensic Technology Carlsbad.
