Tato diplomová práce se týká přípravného řízení trestního. První kapitoly se věnují přípravnému řízení trestnímu obecně, jeho vývoji a vztahu k řízení před soudem. This thesis deals with criminal preliminary proceedings. First chapters are concerned to the criminal preliminary proceedings in general, their evolution and relation towards the stage of trial by the court.
