Cooperation of Special Training Teacher and Teacher Assistant in Education Fields at Vocational School for Disabled Students
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se bude zabývat problematikou spolupráce učitele odborného výcviku a asistenta pedagoga, požadavky na jejich vzdělání, profesní a odborné znalosti a dovednosti, jejich charakterové a osobnostní vlastnosti, které jsou nutné k optimální a kvalitní výuce odborného výcviku na odborném učilišti pro tělesně postižené. Metodologická část - kvalitativní výzkum formou rozhovorů.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of cooperation of special training teacher and teacher assistant, requirements for their educational background, professional and technical knowledge and skills, their character and personal traits necessary for optimal and high-quality teaching at vocational school for disabled students. Methodological part - a qualitative survey by means of interviews.
