Diplomová práce je teoreticko-empirického charakteru a zabývá se tématem role učitelky v Montessori mateřské škole. Teoretickou část tvoří tři kapitoly. The master's thesis has a theoretical-empirical character. The master's thesis deals with the role of the teacher in a Montessori kindergarten. The theoretical part of the master's thesis consists of three chapters. The introductory chapter of the master's thesis is focused on characteristics of alternative education and its functions.
