Abstract:
Main goal of this thesis is to analyze the instruments of social communication used by the Establishment during the early modern period to control the personal rights, sexual and intimate life of underpriviliged people. The analysys focuses on ethical work of Šimon Lomnický z Budče and juridical sources like peasant orders and administration instructions.
Abstract:
Témou predkladanej práce je analýza prostriedkov sociálnej komunikácie využívaných vrchnosťou raného novoveku k regulácii osobných práv, sexuálneho a intímneho života neprivilegovaných vrstiev. Analýza prebieha na mravnevýchovnej próze Šimona Lomnického z Budče a prameňmi právnej povahy, akými sú sedliacke rády a hospodárske inštrukcie.
