Abstract:

Výskum na veľkých množstvách morfologických dát Českého obyvateľstva je často pomaly napredujúci a limitovaný kvôli nedostatku výskumného softvéru. Aplikácia A.D.A.P.T. sa snaží vyriešit tento problém prostredníctvom aplikácie so širokou škálou meracích nástrojov. Bakalárska práca sa zameriava na implementáciu nástroja pre výpočet priesečníkov 3D modelov s rovinou a následovných operácií na získanom prieseku. Nástroj taktiež ponúka optimalizačné algorithmy na hľadanie najväčšieho alebo najmenšieho priesečníku, v závislosti od jeho obvodu alebo obsahu, v regióne určenom uživateľom. Optimalizačné algorithmy zahŕňajú Bayesovskú optimalizáciu a jej hybridnú verziu, zdokonalenú pomocou Hill Climb Search algoritmu a Brute-force prístupu. Práca taktiež popisuje funkcionalitu a implementáciu nástroja a grafické rozhranie zavedené do aplikácie pre manažment nástrojov. Nástroj je písaný v Javascript-e a používa Three.js knižnicu pre kompatibilitu s A.D.A.P.T. aplikáciou.

Abstract:

As morphological data of the Czech population is gathered, subsequent research on this data can be slow-advancing and limited due to the availability of measurement software. The A.D.A.P.T. project aids the issue with an application with a wide range of available measurement tools. This bachelor thesis aims to implement a plugin in the form of a tool with 3D model intersection computation functionality and additional operations on such computed intersections. The tool also implements optimisation algorithms for maximal or minimal intersection search, either by area or perimeter, within a given, arbitrarily positioned bounding box. The implemented optimisation algorithms include Bayesian Optimisation and its hybrid version, refined using Hill Climb Search and Brute-force approach. The thesis also describes the functionality and implementation of the plugin and a graphical interface introduced into the application for tool management. The plugin is written in Javascript and uses the Three.js library for compatibility with the A.D.A.P.T. application.
