Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá institutem oddlužení jako způsobem řešení úpadku. Práce popisuje jednotlivé části insolvenčního řízení, především oddlužení. Práce je zaměřena na insolvenčního správce, konkrétně jeho jednání a kontrolu.
Abstract:
The theme of this thesis deals with the institute discharge of debts as one of the ways of dealing with bankruptcy. Thesis decribe partial phases insolvency proceedings, specifically in discharge of debts. Thesis is focused on insolvency trustee, namely with his acts and controll.
