Abstract:
Předmětem této práce je představení logistiky, řízení zásob a metod jejich řízení ve výrobním podniku. V první části jsou uvedeny teoretické základy dané problematiky. V další části se práce zaměřuje na analýzu řízení zásob v konkrétním podniku. Na základě zjištěných skutečností jsou navrženy možnosti zlepšení aktuálního stavu v podniku.
Abstract:
A subject of this work is an introduction of logistics, inventory management and methods of inventory management in a manufacturing company. In the first part are stated basic theoretical concepts related to this issue. The other part of this work is focused directly on company analysis of inventory management of concrete company.
