Soviet Troops in Milovice Through the Eyes of Residents
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá otázkou, jak je utvářena kolektivní paměť prostřednictvím vzpomínek na období okupace sovětskou armádou v letech 1968-1991. Autorka se zaměřuje na vykreslení reality života ve městech, kde se sovětská vojska usídlila. Práce je založena na terénním výzkumu, který probíhal v Milovicích.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the process of forming the collective memory by means of recalling peoples' memories directly related to the period of occupation by the Soviet army between the years 1968 and 1991. The author focuses on the depiction of reality of life in the cities where the Soviet troops settled. The thesis is based on field research done in Milovice.
