Abstract:
V diplomové práci je řešena problematika mikrostruktury dřeva, především pořízení a zhotovení digitálního záznamu mikrostruktury vybraných dřevin. Záměrem páce je seznámit se s mikrostrukturou vybraných dřevin, která je velmi sloţitá a problematická, vysvětlení postupu a práce s laboratorní technikou a v neposlední řadě pořízení digitálního záznamu vybraných dřevin a zhotovení laboratorních úloh.
Abstract:
The dissertation thesis deals with the problem of microstructure of wood, primarily acquisition and making digital record of microstructure of selected wood species. The intention is to get the knowledge of microstructure of selected species, which is very complex and problematic, to explain procedures and working with laboratory equipment and finally to acquire a digital recording of selected plants …more
