Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je zanalyzovat komunikační chyby řídících pracovníků ve vybraném podniku. Zjistit jaké chyby dělají řídící pracovníci při komunikaci s podřízenými a jaký vliv má pozitivní nebo negativní komunikace na výkon jednotlivých pracovníků. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the managerial communication errors in the selected company. Find out what mistakes they make managers to communicate with subordinates and what effect has a negative or positive communication on the performance of individual workers.
