Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na Bankovní regulaci a dohled v ČR. Cílem práce je vymezit právní úpravu bankovní regulace a dohledu v České republice a porovnat ji s právní úpravou v USA. Bakalářská práce je rozčleněna do pěti kapitol. První kapitola je věnována úvodu o regulaci a dohledu bankovního systému. The bachelor thesis is focused on the banking regulation and supervision in the Czech Republic.
