Bakalárska práca sa venuje vývoju hypotekárneho trhu v Českej republike. Zahrňuje v prvej časti vymedzenie hypotekárneho úveru. Následne sú v práci charakterizované rôzne aspekty hypotekárneho úveru ako je účelovosť, typ, splácanie, riziká a ďalšie. Ďalej charakterizuje príjemcov úverov a poskytovateľov úverov.
