Bakalárska práca je zameraná na problematiku optogenetiky a jej využitia pri náhrade zraku. Po úvode nasleduje popis anatómie a fyziológie sietnice. Tretia kapitola predstavuje stručný prehľad o vybraných ochoreniach sietnice, v liečbe ktorých by optogenetika mohla nájsť využitie.
