This bachelor theses is focused on the issue of optogenetics and its use in vision restoration. After the introduction follows a description of anatomy and physiology of the retina. Bakalárska práca je zameraná na problematiku optogenetiky a jej využitia pri náhrade zraku. Po úvode nasleduje popis anatómie a fyziológie sietnice. Tretia kapitola predstavuje stručný prehľad o vybraných ochoreniach sietnice, v liečbe ktorých by optogenetika mohla nájsť využitie.
