Sociální služby v České republice se řídí zákonem č. 108/2006 Sb., ve znění pozdějších předpisů. Tento zákon stanoví komu, za jakých podmínek a za jakým účelem se konkrétní služba a příspěvek na péči poskytuje. Jaká je skutečnost praxe konkrétně v rodinách, kde je dítě s handicapem? Social services in the Czech Republic are governed by Act no. 108/2006 Coll. This Act provides for whom, under what conditions, and for what purpose a particular sevice and contribution to the care is provided.
