Teacher’s subjective theories about pupils

Abstract:

Hlavním tématem práce jsou subjektivní teorie učitele o žácích. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a empirickou. Teoretická část se zabývá pojetím subjektivních teorií učitele z pohledu jednotlivých teoretických přístupů. Subjektivní teorie učitele mohou být definovány např. i jako učitelova víra, učitelovo vědomí, myšlení, apod. Subjektivní teorie učitele představují těžko uchopitelný pojem, který může být charakterizován na základě určitých znaků. Cílem práce je nalézt odpověď na základní výzkumnou otázku: Jaké je formování subjektivních teorií učitele o žácích? Druhá část práce je věnována realizovanému výzkumnému šetření. V realizovaném výzkumném šetření byl použit kvalitativní přístup. Data byla sbírána pomocí rozhovorů s učiteli. Následnou metodou otevřeného kódování vznikly kategorie, které tvoří součástí analytického příběhu. Práce je ukončena výstupem analytické příběhu, kde jsou představeny jednotlivé výsledky provedeného výzkumného šetření.

Abstract:

The main theme of this thesis, are teacher's subjective theories about pupils. The thesis is divided into section of theory and the section of empirical part. Theoretical section deals with the conception of teacher's subjective theories from the perspective of the individual theoretical approaches. Subjective theories of teacher can be defined such as teachers faith, teachers consciousness, teachers mind and similarly. Teacher's subjective theories are difficult concept to grasp, which can be characterized by certain features. The goal of thesis is to answer basic research question: What is the formation of teacher's subjective theories about pupils? The second section of thesis is focused on the own research. Research was carried out using qualitative approach. Data were collected through interviews with teachers. Using subsequent method of open coding were distinguished categories, which are comprised in the analytical story. Thesis is terminated with output of analytical story, where are presented results of implemented research.
