Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na fenomén kriminality cizinců v České republice. Zaměřuje se především na profylaktická opatření k této problematice. Sleduje a zkoumá informovanost cizinců o svých právech a povinnostech v České republice. Poskytuje rozsáhlé návrhy k řešení problematiky kriminality cizinců.
Abstract:
Master thesis is focused on phenomenon of criminality of foreigners in the Czech Republic. It focuses mainly on prophylactic measures on this issue. It monitors and studies the awareness of immigrants about their rights and obligations in the Czech Republic. Provides extensive proposals to tackle crime foreigners.
