Effective recruitment strategy and its predictors

Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce je efektivní náborová strategie a její prediktory. Cíl práce je identifikace strategie efektivního náboru pro vybranou organizaci a vypracování návrhu konkrétních náborových opatření pro tuto organizaci. Jako konkrétní firma byla vybrána tabáková společnost, která se potýká s problémem náboru studentů. Proto se práce orientuje na mladé generace, a pomocí dotazníkového šetření jsou u cílové skupiny zjištěny měnící se preference či motivátory. Na základě zjištěných poznatku bude možné nastavit efektivní náborovou strategii pro konkrétní tabákovou společnost.

Abstract:

The subject of the diploma thesis is an effective recruitment strategy and its predictors. The aim of the thesis is to identify the strategy of effective recruitment for the selected organization and to develop a proposal for specific recruitment measures for this organization. A to-bacco company having the problem of recruiting students was chosen as the target company. Thesis focuses on young generations, and with the help of a questionnaire survey, changing preferences or motivators are identified in this target group. Based on the findings, it will be pos-sible to set up an effective recruitment strategy for a specific tobacco company.
