Family mediation as a way of solving conflicts between husband and wife, between parents and between parents and children
Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je dokázat efektivitu rodinné mediace jako alternativního způsobu řešení konfliktů. Teoretická část se zabývá přiblížením pojmu mediace a konkrétním zaměřením se na charakteristiku rodinné mediace a vztahy v rodině. Praktická část bakalářské práce obsahuje výsledky dotazníkového šetření. Výzkumný vzorek je složen z respondentů, kteří mají s mediací osobní zkušenost.
Abstract:
The aim of my thesisis is to prove efficiency of family mediation as an alternative way of solution of conflicts. The theoretical part deals with the term mediation, focusing especially on the characteristics of family mediation and family relationship. The practial part contains results of a survey. The research sample consists of respondents who have a personal experience with mediation.
