Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku finančních derivátů a jejich účtování. V první části je uveden popis jednotlivých derivátů podle druhu, kategorie, účelu sjednání a dále právní aspekty derivátů. Hlavní část práce je zaměřena na účtování derivátů včetně příkladů a s tím související vykazování a zdanění derivátů.
