Abstract:
Bakalářská práce charakterizuje problematiku tržního ocenění pro účely spotřebitelského úvěru na bydlení. Celá práce je členěna na tři části. První část se zabývá teoretickou stránkou spotřebitelského úvěru na bydlení, jeho charakteristikou, oblastmi ovlivňující celkové nastavení spotřebitelského úvěru a v neposlední řadě popisem nejpoužívanějších metod ocenění. This Bachelor describes the issue of market valuation mortgage loan. The work is divided into three parts.
