Diplomová práce se zabývá trestem domácího vězení. Autorka nejprve vymezuje přístup k trestání v českém trestním právu a zaměřuje se na problematiku alternativních trestů a zásadu restorativní justice. Následně je vymezen trest domácího vězení a jeho historický vývoj. Autorka se podrobně zabývá ústavněprávními, trestněprávními a trestně procesními aspekty trestu domácího vězení. This dissertation deals with a punishment of house arrest. Firstly an author defines an access to the punishment of house arrest in a Czech criminal law and she aims at the problems of replacement punishments and a principle of a restorative justice.
