Metody oceňování dluhopisů

Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je vytvořit ucelený pohled na dluhopisy neboli obligace. Dluhopisy jsou vedle akcií považovány druhým základním kamenem všech investičních strategií. Na rozdíl od akcií mají dluhopisy velmi přesně definované finanční toky a jejich doba existence je téměř vždy konečná.
