Simplified rules for a tournament of children

Abstract:

The purpose of this bachelor thesis was to create set of rules for volleyball tournament of orphanages within World Series of beach volleyball based on diagnosis of level of skill in starting the attack, Type A. The theoretical part describes volleyball, its characteristics, history, minivolleyball and divisions. Practical part contains diagnosis of 4 predetermined criterias. Data were collected in the beginning and at the end of a training cycle using successful and failed rallies. Result part talks about improvement of sport performances and thanks to end-of-cycle diagnosis we were able to change final rules, which were used at the tournament.

Abstract:

Cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce bolo navrhnúť pravidlá pre volejbalový turnaj detských domovov v rámci svetovej série v beachvolejbale na základe diagnostiky úrovne zakladania útoku typu A. Teoretická časť popisuje volejbal, jeho charakteristiku, históriu, minivolejbal a jeho rozdelenie. Praktická časť obsahuje diagnostiku podľa vopred určených štyroch kritérií. Dáta boli merané na začiatku a na konci tréningového cyklu pomocou úspešných a neúspešných rozohier. Výsledková časť naznačuje zlepšenie herných výkonov a pomocou výstupnej diagnostiky sme dokázali upraviť výsledné pravidlám, podľa ktorých sa hralo na záverečnom turnaji detských domovov.
