Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se zaobírám oblastí na 3ʹ konci exonu 15 genu BTK, která by se měla na základě výsledků předchozí studie podílet na regulaci daného exonu. Gen BTK kóduje protein Brutonovu tyrozinkinázu (Btk) a porucha tvorby tohoto enzymu způsobuje onemocnění X-vázaná agamaglobulinémie (XLA). Abstract:
In this bachelor thesis I focus on a region on the 3‘ end of exon 15 of the BTK gene which should be involved in the regulation of this exon based on results from previous study. The BTK gene encodes Bruton tyrosine kinase (Btk) protein and malfunction of production of this enzyme causes the X-linked agammaglobulinemia (XLA).
