One hundred years of Břeclav Scout movement

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce s názvem „Sto let břeclavského skautingu“ se věnuje historii skautingu v Břeclavi, který v roce 2021 oslavil své sto leté výročí. Práce popisuje vznik skautingu v Břeclavi, jeho vývoj a význam pro místní komunitu v průběhu sta let existence. Důraz je kladen na aktivní činnost skautských oddílů v Břeclavi, jejich přínos pro výchovu dětí a mládeže a propojení s místními tradicemi a historií. Cílem této práce je přinést ucelený pohled na historii a současný stav skautského hnutí v Břeclavi a jeho vliv na výchovu mládeže.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis, One hundred years of Břeclav Scouting, deals with the history of scouting in Břeclav, which celebrated its one-hundredth anniversary in 2021. The thesis depicts the formation of scouting in Břeclav, its evolution and its importance for the local community in the hundred years of its existence. The main focus is put on the activities of scout troops in Břeclav, their benefits for the education of the children and the youth and their connections with the local customs and history. The goal of this thesis is to bring a comprehensive look into the history and current state of the scouting movement in Břeclav and its influence on the youth education
